Our goal
To make the interface clear, readable, and convenient on both mobile and desktop devices. We gradually improve accessibility and fix the issues we find.
What has already been implemented
We try to follow basic accessibility principles:
- clear structure of headings and sections;
- contrasting colors and readable fonts;
- buttons and links large enough for clicking or tapping;
- alternative text for important images where appropriate;
- responsive layout for mobile devices.
What may not work perfectly
The site continues to develop, so some areas may still have issues, for example:
- keyboard navigation may not be perfect everywhere;
- some elements may not yet have sufficiently informative labels for screen readers;
- content from third-party providers, such as advertising blocks, may have accessibility limitations.
How to report a problem
If you experience an inconvenience or error, please contact us through the Contact page. Describe what exactly does not work, on which device and in which browser, so we can fix it faster. Support accepts requests 24/7. From 10:00 to 17:00, we try to reply without delay. At other times, as well as on weekends and public holidays, the response may take a little longer.
Response time
We try to respond in order and prioritize reports about critical problems, such as inability to sign in or submit a form.
